Tuesday - Friday: 9am, 10.30am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 6pm, 7.30pm close at 9pm.

Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am, 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm close at 5pm.

Please allow 90 minutes from the appointment start time for the session as there is allocated time for a shower

either side of the 60 minute float.

**PLEASE NOTE: We will be changing to a new booking system at the end of the month which is more user friendly! Therefore please bear with us, and if booking FLOAT WITH A FRIEND (excl. gift voucher use) contact us first with your date and time for confirmation it is available beforehand before purchasing. *Introduction, Float with a Friend & the 4 Float package are valid for 3 months from date of purchase

** 6 & 8 Float packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Introduction to Floating Package only available in-store after first float has been purchased and completed. The remaining amount of £50 will then be charged and you will be given a unique code to book the remaining two floats. This package cannot be transferred to another person.

Cancellations/No Show: Session time is valuable, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill the space you reserved you will be charged for that missed appointment. Please call or email us to advise us of any cancellations. 

Late Arrival: Arriving late for a float may require us to shorten the length of the session, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other customers.

Refunds: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, although special circumstances are always considered and should be discussed with Limitless Float management for a resolution.
