PRICING, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
Tuesday - Friday: 9am, 10.30am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm, 4.30pm, 6pm, 7.30pm close at 9pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 9.30am, 11.00am, 12.30pm, 2.00pm, 3.30pm close at 5pm.
You should allow 90 minutes from the appointment start time for the session as there is allocated time for a shower either side of the 60 minute float.
Please note: As we are a small family run business the centre is only manned for booked appointments. If you would like a ‘walk in’ appointment please call us to check for availability and we will try and accommodate your request

The benefits include a free birthday float, additional floats or gift cards can be purchased at the same price as your membership float price, and both the Theta & Delta Memberships can be shared with another person. Floats can rollover and are valid for 60 days from issue, therefore can be used back to back as a multi-session to create a longer float time of 2.5hrs.
*Introduction, Float with a Friend & the 4 Float package are valid for 3 months from date of purchase
Introduction to Floating Package: Only available in-store after first float has been purchased and completed. The remaining amount of £50 will then be charged and you will be given a unique code to book the remaining two floats. This package cannot be transferred to another person.
Memberships: You can carry over floats to the next month however any unused floats will expire 60 days from accrual (date issued) or at membership cancellation date. You will be charged automatically once per month on/ around the same calendar day. This is set up as an annual contract which renews automatically and charges will continue month-to-month until you choose to cancel or suspend your membership. Memberships have a 3 month minimum term. You can cancel this contract at any time, after the 3 month minimum term, with 10 days written cancellation notice (email email@example.com). You can suspend your membership for up to 3 months after the initial 3 months, once per year. Please notify us at least 5 days before your next payment date (email firstname.lastname@example.org).
Cancellations/No Show: Session time is valuable, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice and we are unable to fill the space you reserved you will be charged for that missed appointment. Please call or email us to advise us of any cancellations.
Late Arrival: Arriving late for a float may require us to shorten the length of the session, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other customers.
Refunds: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, although special circumstances are always considered and should be discussed with Limitless Float management for a resolution.
